Restaurant/Tenant Improvement
The Wave is a Kiosk-Restaurant/ Full Bar set in the atrium of the Beverly Center Mall. Due to the open nature of its location, a remote kitchen was placed at the sixth floor.
A custom free-standing glass partition was designed to enclose the entire lease boundary. Glass canopies over the bar & service areas were used as protection from accidental debris from the upper balconies. The uniqueness of this kiosk stems from the fact that most of the fittings used were custom designed.
